Hey, I’m Natalie.

I’m glad you’re here.

My Therapeutic Approach

My main focus as a therapist is to help people create a deeper, more meaningful relationship with themselves and others. I offer a collaborative, compassionate approach when working with clients and choose to navigate the counseling process from an understanding that we are all complex beings with thoughts, feelings, needs, and, ultimately, the desire to feel whole.

My work is focused on adults who have experienced relational and/or attachment trauma within their families of origin, which can lead to anxiety, depression, dissociation, and other mental health struggles.

My primary treatment modality is Internal Family Systems, which helps clients establish curiosity, presence, and courage as they seek to better understand themselves and work towards healing. I believe my clients already have everything they need for recovery and through a relational approach, are able to access their full capacity to live a more enriched life.

I specialize in trauma, attachment, and anxiety. I work with clients who may be struggling to understand their behaviors, symptoms, and internal conflicts. During our sessions, I help you get curious about what is actually happening inside you (emotions, thoughts, sensations, needs, etc.) so you can feel calmer, healthier, and more connected.

About me:

I live in Memphis, TN with my husband and 2 pups. My life looks like reading in abundance, making mediocre pottery, recording an IFS podcast (Partsy Girls), dreaming about my next trip, and enjoying quality time with my people that includes good food, lots of laughter, and heavy sarcasm.
